Default D2 fender trims on a D1

By now I assume someone has done this already. How easy/difficult was the install? How much modification to the fender trim was needed?

A local D2 owner came by my place with fender trims. D2 fender trims will not fit D1's. The D2 has a wider wheel well arch compared to the D1.

hehe, you answered your own question.But this will really look good if D2 has the same fender or same design as the D1.
