p38 sport headlight conversion????

Ok I know there are prolly plenty of ppl that will say sh*t bc their against these conversions,and to each his own. I just was wondering if theres anyone here that has done a sport conversion on a p38 and does anyone know if to do this its just a matter of getting the headlights and grille then fabbing the headlight mount panel? or do the kits have something special to make is conversion done right? Ive email rangeover.uk,simmonites,and rogersons and no one will help me out. I also read some where that in Land Rover Monthly they showed how the conversion is done,anyone know what month or anything on this? thanks and sorry for the long ass post.
