Also, got to be very careful when fueling. Any fuel that gets on the plasti-dip will start dissolving it

up to a 3 yr max, is what I gathered from research. a lot of fellas say 1.5-2 years. guessing it depends on storage of vehicle/ parking in sun and all of that.
edit= and ^ there is a 3-4.

- How long does Plasti Dip® last? If properly applied, Plasti Dip® will last as long as 3 years without having to be retouched. It is very durable and will not lose it's bond. The spray distance when applying as well as the amount of coats applied will heavily determine the longevity of the product. After 3 years, or during the three years if desired, a new refresher coat can be easily applied.

Also dipped my Motor Sergeant's Dune buggy, in electric lime with a blue/green holographic flake. It really looks good in the sun but I forgot to take a picture. Also going to be dipping a 1972 Mustang Fastback next month in hyper black pearl.
