Default Has anyone installed XM inplace of the factory CD changer?

I was wondering if anyone has installed an XM Radio unit in place of factory CD changer and gotten it to work with the OEM head unit.

I was wondering the other day if they made some sort of adapter for an iPod. The plug looks to be exclusively Land Rover though.
