How to bypass factory Amp

Talking How to bypass factory Amp

I looked around for a bit have seen people do it but have not seen how to do it.

99 Land Rover Discovery SD

I bought an aftermarket headunit and am doing headunit all four 4" speakers and adding in my own sub and amp. I have everything wired up. Behind the radio there are 3 connectors (pink, grey, and tan) I used the grey and tan ones because they are 8 prong and the wiring harness had to 8 prong plug in spots. The pink one is a 10 prong plug in. I unhooked the amp and rear 6" subs but for some reason I am still not getting sound. Powers up fine I am thinking that the factory sub is still messing everything up somehow.

Any help is greatly appreciated

You have the full circuits diagram in the electrical and circuit manuals of the RAVE. A 99 D1 is different wiring from a 99 D2. The D2 diagrams are in living color. Free download links below.
