Default Line out converter

Im trying to install two 12's that i've had laying around from my ex-girlfriends car and wanted to just use the factory wiring for now and was told to use a line converter. I have one but need to know what wires to tap into and out of what plug to take them from. There are 3 plugs total. ANy and all help is greatly appreciated. Ive installed many stereos but never used a converter before. Thanks in advance

Default RE: Line out converter

Well just so people can have something for future reference. The hook up is quite simpe actually. All you do is get the converter and hook the white wire with a black strip and the grey wire with a black strip to the two speaker wires from the sub that have a stripe. These are your negatives. then hook the remaining white and grey wire to the remaining speaker wires. Then to get a remote wire i went from the grey wire i believe that was in the middle of the top plug. Hope this helps and if you have any questions let me know. I now have the stock system with 2 12's and an amp and everything functions as it should.
