do i have to goto the dealer to get the radio code or is there a list somewhere?

 

Go to the dealer, which may or may not be able to get your code from Rover since they don't hold on to them for too many years.
If you can't find it thru Rover, ask them who the selling dealer was, they may still have an old file that may have that code number.
