Default throttle body heater ......my solution!

so i have a 1/8 " copper line, fitted to the heater. it goes through the input / output. then i have soldered some small 1/4 pieces on. now i can double clamp the tbh and new 1/4". this excludes the gasket and tbh, all together......but still produces heat for the throttle body..

also should have mentioned that i purchased spacers and rockers from v8tuner. (good folks, very helpful)....they supplied longer valve cover bolts. they are stainless and i now get to use a 3/16 hex to tighten.
for standard size they also had an option of a thumb screw.

Oh great. Twice the chance of a valve cover gasket leak.

10mm wires??! I had no idea they existed. That's 'Merica right there.

yeah. the wires are huge. i had to buy some fleabay separators, as there is no chance of using stock. the wires are dui/davis. i have used their wires before and have had great luck. got them a summit
if you look at the valve cover finished, it looks like a brick mason set them with $9 worth of rtv........
so, they will not leak. i just hope i don't need to adjust the rockers after i get it going
