As a company that tries to provide new and innovative things for the community, we figured a truck with 8" of lift and 37s would not help anybody but ourselves out. Who is honestly going to purchase that for their truck when 99% of the community uses their D2 as a daily driver? We are trying to offer a complete comprehensive kit that everyone can afford and would make sense given what most people like to do with their truck.

And how many people are running true 33's? Most everyone has a 285/75-16 and tells everyone it is a 33.

Now tell me how many people have 35s on their D2.

37s?

We've done the monstrous lift and tires before. And it was awesome. But not realistic for everybody.
new and innovative things.
There's at least 4 kits out there that I know of that will allow average Joe to put 33s on his disco. So if you truly want to be Innovative, build a time machine and head to 2002 and then put together a 4" lift. Or you could make a kit to lift a disco and put 37s under it. But you won't. You will just build a 4" lift kit and tell everyone it's better than the other 4 kits.
I have 35s on my disco. I actually wheel my truck. No cheesy metal bumpers, roof racks, winches, stupid gas cans, roof racks with lights, skid plates or any of that other **** you sell to yuppies to put on their grocery getters. I think it would be awesome if you made a huge lift kit. There are so many ****box d2s out there that I think it's worth it to buy a 1000 truck and put an 8 inch lift and 37s on it

anything bigger than a 35" tire the body will limit you. An 8" lift would be too much. You need to keep the cog low.

Kudos to L8, they're offering functional kits to the consumer. Pushing for more product releases.
