Default engine I.D.

Hello, got a really used 1994 D-90 from a coffee farm. VIN SALLDVAF8LA936977

Engine No. 11L40108A

It's a 4 cylinder turbo 5 speed

Is this the correct engine for this truck?

Thanks for any helpful answers.

Where are you located, if outside the U.S., yes that is the stock engine.

Yes, the 200Tdi, which you have based on the engine serial number, was factory fitted to your VIN. The 5-speed you have is probably an LT77, but I can't remember for sure when the R380 was first fitted to the D90's.
