Default Wheel with bad rust

I had a break pad issue that turned into a wheel issue, this has caused my rim to totaly rust, does anyone have an idea on how to get rust off these wheels without ruining the wheel its self?

Factory alloy wheels don't rust, they are not metal.
If you wheels are stained, might want to clean it with a liquid rust remover then re-wax the wheel because the rust remover will take some of the protective finish off.

Ill take a picture tomorrow, if its not rust then it looks a lot like rusy and i have been trying to srcub with water and soap and it wont come up at all. I am afraid to use sprays because i dont want to ruin the rims all together...

Trust me, I don't need a picture to know your alloy wheel is stained.
It will take a pretty harsh rust remover to remove the stain and as long as you clean and then wax your wheels afterwards, you'r be fine.
