Default 1995 Disco brake lights problem

Hey everyone, looking for a little advice on a brake light problem that just popped up. While driving home from the store this afternoon a gentleman pulled up next to me and let me know that none of my brake lights were working.
Got home and confirmed that yes, when you press on the brake pedal the left and right brake lights do not come on, but the brake light on the upper part of the rear window works fine.
Pulled the bulbs on both sides and neither one looks blown. No noticeable corrosion either. Checked all the fuses under the dash and hood that have to do with lighting and all are the right amp and none are blown.
Thoughts?

Check the connectors at both light assemblies for corrosion and check grounds for corrosion. Use dielectric grease on both. What bulbs are installed? Should be 2057's. Grounds are on either side (inside) rear load space, just below each light assembly. You'll have multiple lugs on one ground bolt and because these keep water out like a fish's gills they're more than likely corroded.

Check brake light switch on brake pedal, make sure it's not corroded either or bunged up somehow. It's setting off the third so it's working but it's more than one circuit on same switch.

I have had bulbs not work that look to be oK. Turn signals working? that uses the same ground point on each side. Bulb connections can be a bit tricky.sometimes the base of the bulb itself will get worn down and not make contact too.
