Backwards coolant sensor is not an issue. IACV controls idle air to mix with fuel, but crank position sensor controls timing. Crank sensor can fail when cranking or when running. When you installed, the spacer is important. The fit is bolt heads+spacer+sensor+block. Two version of spacer, on for auto, one for manual tranny. Two wire coolant sensor readings will be seen on a code reader with raw data capability.

Savannah buzz thanks again for the help I did finally get it but I could not get it to idle back down so here is what I did ___ I put spacer and bolt and screwed it about 95% then I put crank positioner on and screwed it in about 95% started it back up with my timing light set to rpm and tightened one a little then the next back and forth till snugged and rpm's at the proper speed. I am sure this is not the proper way but was the only way I could get it to work maybe this will help someone one day but thanks again to everyone
