This whole thing seems odd to me. I know the OP probably wants to just have his truck back in tip top shape but I personally wouldn't touch or let anyone else touch it until I had my $12,000 back from Cannibal.

I have asked twice about whether the OP used a credit card and have twice not received an answer.
The OP also mentioned having an attorney on retainer but hasn't seemed to involve him.
There's no doubt Cannibal is a POS company, but the OP seems to be intentionally leaving out information about the resolution of this matter. It just doesn't seem like he's trying very hard to recoup his $12,000.

I was involved with the whole Bottorf Fabrication debaucle and people were ready to drive out to Bradford, PA with sock fulls of quarters all over $500 bumpers.
This guy gets taken for 12 large and he seems to not put up much of a fight. Maybe there's a lot going on behind closed doors that we don't know about? IDK

I sent a pm , got no response

If there is litigation it may be a while before there's a response

In short, I have been advised to refrain from further discussing anything about this as it is now a matter that must be resolved in a PA court.

I'm sure that is sound advice. When it is over and you are free to talk again, I think we would all like to know the resolution (if you aren't subject to a nondisclosure agreement, in which case we will know for sure how it turned out. Hahaha).

interesting thread to find as I have been trying to get a part or two from that spot in OK City. I have been there and visited with them and I thought they were going to be a nice source but now after many attempts I have not been able to make any contact with them and the building looks like someone else have taken over.
I called the business you see there on google street view and they have been no help.
looks to have gone walk-about...

I guess that is one way to get away from issues of the past.
