Default front wheel bearing question

hi all
I need to replace the front wheel bearings on my 98 disco. Hearing that old growl for a while now. When I went to order parts I see most places show One bearing and race for around 16-18 bucks.

My question:
is there a separate size/type INNER bearing AND an outer bearing? Most parts outlets show just the one front wheel bearing with race. Though I did see an outlet that showed an Inner bearing available but it was a different brand than the outer bearing!!??

I'm confused again and need a nap..........

Thanks for your help in advance

Same bearing inside and out. Timken #LM603049. My local NAPA has them for about $7each.

LM603049 is the cone only.
Never install a new cone in an old cup except perhaps in a dire emergency.
The part numbers for the cone/cup combination are Timken SET37, SKF BR37, FAG KIT38 or National A-37.
All D1's use the same hub bearing, 2 each in all 4 hubs.

And what about your rear wheels, they have the same bearings and wear also.

YIKES THATS EXPENSIVE!!!! especially if you take that x4 - Call Justin at www.lucky8llc.com and order just the bearings and the hub seal. And if you have had gear oil leaks order 4 new stub axles seals while you're at it. For the gaskets use "the right stuff" or black oil resistant silicone sealant. I use it on my stub axles, drive flanges, diffs, oil pans and well anything else that holds oil and uses a gasket. It's the secret to keep the oil in the rover or as much of it as possible for that matter.

Yes it is expensive, that is the route I took before I knew of other options.
The nice thing about that kit is everything is included, seals and all, and all from one place.
But it is a option for someone who wants to just get everything and be done with it.
Buy it today and FedEx can have it to your door by Sat.

If you pay me $100 extra dollars I can be at your door with all the parts and will do the whole job for you
