Default Fuel Pump??

My 0300 & 1316 codes are becoming more prevalent when I first start the disco in the morning or after it has sat for long enough to allow it to fully cool down. At start up, the idle drops to about 200 & I have the feather the gas to keep it running, and the 0300 & 1316 codes come up on the UG. Once it warms up, it starts right up. I'm by myself so I cant keep it running & check the fuel pressure as it will stall after I start it, but after it warms up & idling normally, it seems to be about 24 PSI which I think is a bit low. Thinking the fuel filter was suspect, I changed that last weekend with no effect. I usually get a 1179 code after it warms up, and am waiting for AB to warranty the new MAF out for that code, and the 0500 code for the inoperative speedo, but I don't think that is affecting the idle. Any suggestions?

TPS value is steady at 12.2 when this is happening, but drops to 11.1 once it warms up. IAT is within a degree or two at start up, Champion plugs are about 4 months old, 8mm Magnacore plug wires are about 10 months old, Throttle body & IVAC were cleaned when the plugs were installed. Going to push AB this morning about warrantying the MAF out.

Iirc you did replace the hoses on the valve covers?, but definitely on the MAF, you can rebuild the fuel sender with new pump from auto zone there is a thread how to, if you are in salt land and the top of the sender is rotten like mine I would locate another from a non salt area or buy new IF YOU NEED A PUMP NOT SAYING YOU DO
