Default Heavy Duty or Medium Duty

I wanted the two inch lift, without spending $700+. I found 2 Terrafirma kits (Med or HD) for about $500. Right now, Claire is bone stock. I plan on getting a winch bumper and brush guard in the near future along with a HD rear bumper. Will the ride be terrible since I don't have anything on it yet? Which is why I'm wondering if I should go Med Duty.

Well if we use med. duty what happens when we add all of our stuff? Will it sag or just look normal without a lift but with all accessories on?

i went with the TF medium duty. i like it a lot but i don't know what to compare it to. i also did all bushings, tie rods, etc. it rides a little stiff but it's great. it is completely bare..lighter than stock right now. as i understand it it will take some weight...although not as much as the heavy duty of course.

I found a brush guard on a 1997 D1 that I might buy. I don't think I need a winch anytime soon since I would be riding with friends if I go off-roading anyways. So I think I am going to go with the Medium Duty.

Freak, I can't decide.. haha

Neither, I just worked my butt off for the past 8 months and I do believe I should be allowed to get some new "toys"

My girlfriend is hot though

Pics please.

And I would go with the heavy duty myself. Less likely to overload it.

Personally I'd get the front bumper and winch, and rear bumper, and figure out your un-sprung weight, then get the springs with the most suitable rate.

Has anyone ever done expadition duty in the rear and medium duty in the front? My logic on that is: When I pull my sail boat, the rear sags more then the front (DUHHH) But when I am driving around town and hitting the pot holes ( you can't avoid them, state + city = broke) I don't want to be jarred to death, so a medium duty would absorb the jarring better. RIGHT? OR AM I COMPLETELY FULL OF CRAP?
