Default need fuel sender gasket

Just filled up and fuel all over pulled sender access and fuel on top of tank, pulled sender and the tank seal is split need one asap, thought it felt a little non pliable when it was apart recently

Lube it like.....well you know, you only get one more chance.......

You have any CIP? Works like a charm and softens rubber like no other.

Whatever you do, do NOT use a silicone based form a gasket or any sealant that is not rated for gas immersion. they tend to disintegrate and plug fuel filters, and small openings.

CIP - CIP Lube
Petrol Gel - About Petrol-Gel

Both are excellent for rubber gaskets.

Used spray lube, think wd40 is all I had handy,guess I need to grease it

Vaseline works in a pinch.

Thanks for the link. Odorless and tasteless eh? Sounds like it might be good for all kinds of uses... Yes Vaseline is pretty good too, WD-40 will actually destroy rubber in fairly short order. I am going to order a tube of the CIP to keep in my toolbox. Hmm, maybe I better order two...
