my transfer case is looking like it has a small leak, so maybe i should check that out!!

Check panhard bushings. I found mine are shot today

So how many quarts you guys think it'll take to empty/fill my transfer case? Going to buy 75w140 valveline gear oil.

If you recommend something different let me know what you guys use! I have 200k miles on my disco.

Also if you know how much the diffs use I may do those soon too!

3 quarts will do the case and 2 per dif. It won't take all of it.

The transfer case I'm emptying out and replacing all fluid. He diffs I would probably just add fluid since I was told with that much mileage (200k) it can damage more than do well lol

Couldnt find the fill plug for transfer case.The drain plug is easy.

It is on the back might not be a bolt might be a plug that uses a 1/2" rachet

Well, I purchased the gear oil.. 3 quarts so as soon as this stupid weather out of no where clears up ill be replacing the fluid on transfer case I will update you guys!

Might want to at least check it you will seize up the Tc if to low

That's insane. Whoever told you that is very misguided. That's like saying since your engine has over 100k just top off the oil when it gets low instead of changing it. Drain both difs, replace drain plugs with plugs with magnets to collect shavings and metal dust. Change after water crossings. I keep gear oil in a 5 gallon bucket because I change it so often.
