Default Opinion on rust problem

I found Disco1 (1996) nearby and I'm familiar with previous owner and service history. Body is fine with maybe just a little rust problem, chassis is fine but the only bad thing is major rust below left door.

And while I can take care of small issues this one, however, is too much for me. How big of a problem is to repair?
Tnx

I thought I recalled a British company that sold replacement rockers, cut out the old and weld on the new.
