Default Which Pinion Seal?

So among other things, the pinion seal on my rear diff is leaking and is on my list of things to fix over the next week or two. I saw that there are two on AB listed for the 94-99 Disco 1 but I'm not sure which one I need. How do you know which fits your specific vehicle? Also is there anything else to do while I'm playing around under there. I'm going to change the oil in the diffs and might rebuild the prop shafts just for the heck of it, anything else I should take a peek at while I'm there?

Transfer case drain & refill, transfer case inspection plate re-seal, clean out banjo bolt on diffs and transfer case, when they get mud buildup the vent is blocked, so evaporation of the fluids builds up pressure, leaks diff oil out the wheel seal, etc. Pix of bolts. The vent lines go up to those little sheppard crooks at back of engine compartment, but the rear one is near the transfer case, so it more eaily gets flooded when skinny dipping in the Rover. Inspect frame drain holes for clogs, flush out.

Spray mean green a day or two before you work on it, coat it god, let it sit, spray again and hose off. Get it clean before you get under there and hit it with PB Blaster on all the bolts, nuts, and even the drain plugs. Makes it a whole lot easier to get apart.

Mine leaked because the axle breather was clogged...
