egebhardt, please do let us know what adhesive you used to keep the magnet on the shaft. I have a couple units to rebuild.

FYI that Amazon link is dead - here's some washers I found which match pretty darn closely to the original spec - I.D. is a bit small instead of a big large - some sandpaper should do the trick.
