Default Check For Rust

Before you go much further, I would advise you to remove all the carpeting and padding and checkout out the condition of the floor pans. Depending on where it has been and other factors, we see a lot of rust thru on many Discoveries.

Save yourself a lot of problems by addressing those issues then decide on the mods and what seats you may want to go with.

Slang and a few others have had to do some extensive repairs. Mines has a little rust thru. Eric had a fair amount if I recall correctly.

No. Don't. They're worse than what's in the Discos.

Say what? The fronts suck like a butt funnel, but the backs in a 10 are excellent and about the right width and height and even snug the wheel well like the Disco......

Old thread I know, but did anything come of this? I was thinking that the middle "captains chairs" from a Chrysler Grand Voyager might do the job
