Default Should I or NOT

Was offered ANOTHER D1 for $500.00 says it needs a Head gasket. I have a spare motor, heck a whole 1995 D1.
This is a 1999, 126,152 miles, white and not wrecked.
Do I spend $500.00 or just walk away.
PS look at my list So far

Where will you store it? It looks like you already have a collection, so I imagine you've got a yard or barn with all this stuff.

It's certainly worth it just for the parts value, and you could fix it easily enough and flip it or whatever, but do you have the time and space?

There's a sweet '88 RRC (exposed hinges) for sale in town. I'd love to pick that up but it would need a lot of time and space to do the work I'd want on it, and I have neither.
