Question Weather Stripping Adhesive

Hello!
New to this forum (but not to forums in general) and to Land Rovers.
Came into a 1997 Disco.
Quick question. Best method for affixing the weather stripping on the five doors? 3M goo, double sided tape?

THIA,

hrhoward

Not falling apart.
Attaching some pictures of the stripping on one of the rear passenger doors. Also some of the front doors which are not falling down. Do not see any body lip. Unless it is under the tan-ish bits. None of the weather stripping is under this trim piece. All of the bits that are in place are just adhered to the tan-ish bits.

The door seals are attached to the tan piece, which pushes onto the metal lip. D2 seals are a perfect fit and are thicker (seal better).
