Both sunroofs, cruise, fog lights, radio (temporary), ABS light is on, passenger side door latch takes a special technique to open.

Cruise control and anti-lock brakes. That is about it. At the moment.

Cruise Control and I think that is it. Have a new vacuum pump to install.

Rear defroster when on, causes interference on FM stations...

The rear door lock doesn't come all the way up when I hit unlock - I have to use the key.

Everything else works, even the clock and cruise control and ABS.

Windshield, headlight & rear window washers, both front seat adjust motors, front pass window, no key fob, door lock solenoids, old speakers, leaky head gasket(s), (thankfully no sunroofs), A/C might need recharge, left rear tail light got too hot? melted in some spots and needs replacement.

Replacing swivel seals soon & Installing swivel gaiters.

Heated seats don't work (but in TX that's no big deal), Locks work, but sometimes ya gotta pull up 1-2mm on the lock for the door to open from the outside (once again not a big deal), ABS works but sometimes it would go nuts so I disconnected it and now it stops without any issues (removed ABS Bulb). Cruise Control now works with the newer D2/P38 brain.

Every single other electrical/mechanical thing works.

I had a brain flash last night.... My D1 has started made a rubbing noise that sounds like the brake dragging from the pass side front of the truck. I replaced the swivel all a few months ago and it seemed to start right after I replaced it. I have since replaced the pads, caliper, rotor, etc with no change in the noise. i just had the thought that it could be the parking brake as it is located on the rear drive shaft and I doubt that it has ever been touched. I don't normally use it as it is an automatic transmission truck. Maybe something fell apart in there or it got filled with mud and rocks from the last off road adventure?? As soon as it stops raining I will check it out (not a daily driver)

on my 2001 Disco, the cruise control doesn't work due to adding LEDs to the brake/tail lights. Meh...
The front windshield wipers don't work on the low setting but start to work once I start them off in the hi setting first.
My spare car key never remotely unlock/locked the doors though I replaced the battery and soldered in new tact switches for the buttons.

Older thread but what the heck

Cruise control doesn't work.

And the brakes haven't work for the past two weeks. Nobody seems to know what's wrong with them. So now the truck has been sitting for a while.

But that's it. Everything else is pretty much perfect.

Fun thread to read through but how about someone starts a spread sheet listing all problems and we can add data to see how common each issue is with each year and model. Add attachment, each new response refreshes with their data.
Fun?
