The major auto parts chains have loaner tool programs. You "buy" the tool and can return it for full value within some generous time period.
Or you can buy the 36mm wrench outright at lots of places. It is often sold as a Ford fan clutch tool set.

Keep in mind that while you can get the fan off with just the wrench, you might have trouble. You'll have to knock it just right with a hammer. It took me a long time to get it off last time I did this.
You can get another fan clutch wrench that allows you to leverage against the bolts down there, making removal a bunch easier, though I've never used this.

Right. The Ford fan tool fits the nut on the fan clutch, but not the four bolts on the pulley. Just make sure you remove fan before you remove serpentine belt. Whack the heck out of it with a two pound hammer. Use anti-seize on install to make it easy in future.

Water Pump Follow up: Okaaaaayyyy, I finally started her up. Buuuut, after putting everything back together, new water pump and new viscous fan I Let the truck settle for a few hours before I filled the coolant tank. I then turned on the truck, added more coolant and let it run. Warming up I began to hear a jingling sound which I'm now guessing are bearings. What could this jingling sound be? Ugh!
