Talking Anybody redone their front seats?

My girl is getting old. Recently hit 160k. Rear seats are in good shape and still for sale but my front seats are getting pretty worn out. No tears yet but the leather is worn and the foam is settling and the heated seat function is getting weak. I'm thinking about replacing the heated seat mechanism and replacing the foam and maybe swapping out the leather for custom cloth with LR embroidery. Is there any suppliers that sell the foam? Any recommendationsnew the custom seat covers?

i have seen the foam somewhere. I know the heating elements are only about 70-80 a seat. My seats look fine except for the drivers bottom. I need a new squib for it but for that price, I'm gonna have a set of sportsman camo covers custom made. I've had them before in all my jeeps and all my f-150's and they are amazing!!!!
