Default Disco II Crash Pictures

So last Saturday I was driving to visit my brother at Hampden Sydney College coming from Virginia Tech where I go to school, when this event happened. I was driving on Five Forks Rd, which is a really hilly and windy road. I came up this hill, and all I could see was to the top of the hill when this red GMC truck came barreling down the center of the road. So I either ran into the truck, or swerved off to the right which is what I did.

So I swerved right around the truck, then back onto the road and due to my speed around 60 in a 55, the car lost control and struck a tree. I'm still not quite sure exactly what happened, but the side of the car is all scratched, like at some point it slid on the asphalt. Anyways, airbags deployed, I was sent to the hospital, and my left hand has several crushed bones. I've got surgery on Friday, and I have yet to hear from the insurance company.

Here are some pictures:

Hope you get well soon, too bad about your Disco. Will you get another one ??? Judging on the damages and what the truck is worth, I doubt they'll fix it.

Nope, the guy in the GMC never turned around. Dunno if I'm going to get another Disco or maybe a LR3. Here's a pic of my car before the wreck.

Hey!... Well, I am so glad that you are ok, and that you didn't get hurt that bad!...

Unfortunatly the Rover took the impact, but again, I'm glad you are doing fine

Bro, I feel bad for you..But at least your ok. what good is car saved if the driver him/her is hurt severly to the point where you can't enjoy life in general..I just got into a accident around 12:20 am PST..It's minor compare to yours. My rear bumper is cracked on the back left..'02 White Disco..Looking at $500.00 with labor likely..
Oh man. Gotta admit these are great cars.
