Engine cleaner?
#2
I have more time and a real keyboard now. I posted in a hurry from my phone before. Anyway, I want to use the engine cleaner at the self service car wash because there is a drain in the wash bay and I don't have to worry about a wash of chemicals and oils running down the street and into the creek. What worries me is the pressure of the applicator and then following up with the pressure rinse. I'm thinking of how easy it would be to mess up something like the CPS. If you've done this and not had any trouble or if you've done this and then had to walk home, I want to know about it. Thanks.

I have de-greased and pressure washed mine here at home with no problem but, if I washed it at a self service, and didn't have a truck and trailer that could come right away, I'm sure it would not start.
If it were me, I'd have a friend with a truck and trailer/winch on call before I attempted it, just for worse case.
