Default Frame Rust and a vibration

So I've been under the car all weekend and last night getting my rover back to driveable condition after sitting for two years. I'd like to thank everyone for their help so far. Right now, I have vibration in the steering wheel when I hit 60-70 mph (I don't normally drive 70, more like 60 for economy purposes), and maybe I'm crazy but the car could be shaking a little bit as well. I'm thinking its an alignment issue, and I'm taking it to the shop to have it looked at. Also could be flat spots in the tires or the tires aren't balanced, possible CV joints, so I'll have all those checked out too. Also, I don't have a clunking when shifting or when making turns. Is there anything I'm missing? I hate taking it to the shop, but I don't have a ton of time on my hands due to work and family situations, so I'm in a bind.

Lastly, I have a lot of rust on my undercarriage. The truck has seen a lot of harsh winters, as it lived in Syracuse for a number of years, and now lives in Boston, so maybe harsh winters is an understatement. I'd like to remove the rust and seal the undercarriage. Most people suggest spraying it with various products, media blasting, and tons of other remedies, but I don't have a lift that will enable me to get underneath the truck to work efficiently, and there's enough rot that it would take me a good week to do it by hand properly. Anybody have any suggestions as to how I should proceed? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like tire flat spots might be on the list.

A good pair of ramps can get the truck up where even a chubby guy like me (shadow of my fanny weighs 50 pounds) can get under it.

Awesome. Thanks. Thats where I take my car to get washed anyway. I live right down the street. Pain in the butt to get out of there and into the rotary, tho.
