Half Rack Question

So i am in the market for a light roof rack for mounting my shovel, jerry cans, and high lift.

I want something like this. Can you helpful gentleman point me in the right direction?

I am not the biggest fan of half racks, but this would be the style I'd get....mounted to the rails & with the extra weight over the rear axle> BROWNCHRCH ROOF RACK DISCOVERY I & II HALF LENGTH, LD91NS - Kit Configuration Page

ARB also offers a half rack, but is is relatively pricey compared to a full rack. Here is an example:

I don't have a roof rack, but it looks like its on the rails so you can probably get a universal half rack.
