Superlock motor is engaged, and has blocked mechanical unlock.
Door operator has two motors in it, one for lock, one for superlock.
Superlock is on/off by applying 12 volts one polarity or the other (reverse jumper wires you are about to run)
On cable from door lock motor, there are three wires, pink/purple , pink/red, and pink/slate. Put 12 volts on pink/purple and pink/slate. One way (+, -) it will operate, the other way (-,+) it will operate the other way. Pink/purple is common to the regular lock motor, and pink/red operates the lock motor (lock, unlock) in similar fashion.
Before trying the wiring, how about tapping firmly on the existing motor assembly while trying to operate?
