My iac has been acting up off and on for a month a few months now went to clean stepper motor after clean she stalled on me I drove around the blockwas fine stalled on me again me and the wife were out and she stalled on me again but I was able to get her home well to make a long story short I went to auto zone to see about a iac they had the landrover part for 244.66I did some research and found out I was able to use a 97 jeepiac and it was only 34.99 at autozone well the installation went well fit perfect and works perfect no more stalling and very smooth engine this truck always seems to amaze me there are alot of these trucks in houston tx were I live and for people who say they are not good trucks I see alot new and late models on the road 1996 se 123,000 on the odo.

Thanks for the tip about the idle air controller. Nice to know there are cheaper options out there that will work. I was surprised when I was spraying my door latch with silicone to see it was imprinted with the GM logo. Checked the rest of the doors thinking maybe that one had been replaced and they all were GM parts.

I don't want to sound too critical but you may want to use a little punctuation in your post. One long run-on sentence is hard to read and make sense of. I know this isn't formal writing but little things go a long way.

wow excellent. This is the kind of thing I would like to know... where to search for the matching part numbers from other brands. Now I know I can use the parts that fall off my father's Grand Cherokee hahahaha.
