Default O2 Sensor Dead, Need electrical Help

Hey there, I have an O2 Sensor that went dead and here is the code I am getting
PO150 (O2 sensor circuit malfunction (bank 2, sensor 1) )

The right side (passenger side) is dumping fuel pretty good due to the sensor gone bad.

Here is the kicker...I have replaced the 02 sensor and there is still no reading at the computer (I can see the drivers side unit and both of the aft units operating, just not the front passenger side)

So, somewhere I have a wire grounded out would be my guess. but before I pull the intake to chase the wiring, can someone please help me with what voltages I should be sensing from the 4 pins on the 02 sensor connex?

White and white, these are for the heater if I am not mistaken. Do I read across or to ground and what should they be?

What about the Black and Grey.
I have looked at the RAVE and they are pretty vague, and I did not see a schematic

Where do the o2 sensors go back to for a junction point?

Thank you

I was helping a friend work on an 02 DII and he was getting sensor codes as well. In the end, the brand new Bosch o2 sensor was defective. You may want to start there.

My 1st one failed (9 months old), I replaced it 2 months ago
Car getting sluggish, saw the code and lack of data from the sensor, pulled it and replaced it yesterday
The current sensor not showing data either and car operating like junk.

I suspect a pinched wire from intake manifold removal during injector changeout, I would like to verify by testing at the connector for the correct voltages/continuity

Any help is appreciated

check the wires at the t connections where they come up on the main harness along the hood/firewall line above the motor. i had o2/maf/sai problems and they were all from frayed wires at the t, i unclipped it, jiggled the wires around a bit, havent had a problem since.

use a voltmeter or buy a cheap 12v short tester and check from o2 plug and work your way back. atleast you know what sensor it is, narrows it down a good bit!

you could also check the connection to the ecu, maybe it wiggled its way out or is crushed somwehre?

Should any of the wires show continuity to ground or should they be shielded by the ecu?
