Awesome! I'll talk to them and see what I can find. Thanks Dusty!

I've picked out a really nice wheel from them, the Walnut Challenger Series. I think it will match the black interior of my truck really well. It doesn't seem like they have any installation kits for any Land Rovers. I shot them an email, but in the mean time does anyone know the diameter and spline count of the shaft?

me thinks(from quick search) it is 36 spline x 19mm.
might double check that but if you are armed with the size info, it should make the quest much simpler.

Delightful! All I had found on other Landies was 36 and 48 spline, and while I felt the D2 would be the same I wasn't sure.

Thanks again Dusty! You're a god send!

now I am interested to know what it is.........
there was some swapping between the years 36 to 48 and back to 36.......so without counting I am not positive on the d2. exmoor and a couple of uk vendors have boss' for aftermarket steering wheels. flatdog has 36 listed for d2 and lince racing lists the same. devon4x4 has 36 listed for d1 and rrc, nothing on d2

found several references for defenders using either depending on model
rrc uses 36
the confusion is that both 36 and 48 are offered, by a few vendors, for discovery
it looks like the td5 and our gas guzzlers differ, from those sources.
all of the fitment selectors, that I found, say that the 36 spline 19mm is correct for 99-04 v8 models

Well here's what I'll do for you fellas. I *should* have time this weekend to tear the wheel off of my parts truck. I'll count for you all, take a picture, and report back. That way we won't have to smell Dusty's feet anymore.
