make sure you understand that there are 2 different HD OME rear springs. the standard HD then the Constant HD. The constant HD are for a minimun of 450 lbs. If you are under that they will not work for you. if you are under that then the regular HD will work. Sorry I do not have the number handy. If you are really holding as much weight as you say all the time I would suggest the Constant HD springs. I have run them of longer highway and then offroad use and while the ride is not smooth, it does take the load very well and allows you to feel secure especially at highway speeds and then on off camber offroad traverses.

Well, it will be constant for a month or month and a half. Any other time other than any future road trips it will not be constant. If I'm not actually on the road then I will probably have closer to 200lbs constant.

I have all 3 sets. changing out the rear springs is really no big deal. a pain but does not take more than an hour total. This way I make sure I have proper spring load.

That's not really in the budget right now, sadly. Would the standard HD do well enough, you think?

Here is a page from ARBUSA Product list. it gives you the weight and model number. I will let you decide. What you feel is best for your truck. I would think the reg HD would suffice, but if you are really loading her down you will be compromising your rear suspension, causing you possible issue with control and general handling. Both on and Off road. The way I look at it is at a cost of 180 plus shipping the money spent upfront is saved from having to get towed out for a broken coil spring or worse. These are heavy trucks to start with.

Awesome, that's very helpful. Thanks! It looks to me like the standard heavy should be perfect.

I know this is an old thread, but I took the advise/part # off this tread to make my decision on what rear springs to purchase. I just replaced my sagging TF Medium rear springs with ARB 2762. Immediate satisfaction as I backed out of the driveway! The progressive OME coil is smooth driving down the road, yet firm on the larger bumps. I'll be loading the rig up for a desert trip Memorial Weekend, I'll know more how they handle being loaded.

What springs do you have in the front?
My engine rebuild ate my lift money.
But, my plan is a 2" lift, steel front and rear bumpers, front and rear skidplates and differential guards, and front mounted winch. Possibly roof rack and ladder later for a canoe. Which ever shocks, dampner, and +2" ss brake lines too.
I don't carry anything heavy, so am thinking medium duty.
But, it seems everything I read is sagging springs.
I want a full 2" of front and rear lift, without HD springs beating me up.
I also will be super pissed and returning any springs that don't lift or maintain 2".
I hear TF springs paint comes off quickly, but I don't care, I would have them powder coated black anyway.
Any advice is appreciated.
Everything I read is conflicting, X springs sagged after 200 miles, Y springs will beat you up on the road, ect.

With all that steel, you'll need HD springs to get 2" of lift

Thanks, that's what I was wondering.
I also didn't want to 4wheel with 2 or 3, 200lb passengers, then find out the springs have settled a half inch or more.
