Default Permanently installed oil drip pans

So I am tired of my little Landy marking its territory everywhere I go. I realize that I could take the time and spend the money and fix the oil leaks. Problem is I am pretty sure it would only be time again and it would be leaking again.

Kinda like Old volkswagens and Harley's. If they aren't leaking oil....they ain't running.

Anyhow I took some aluminum baking pans and made these. Notice I extended the AC drain hose so I won't get water in the pans and the water will stop dripping on the driveshaft.

Whaddaya think!!??

One question:

when does the kit become available for purchase?

Abran, funny you said that. I was going to call you today and see if they made a factory under engine tray. My BMW has one. Did not know if these ever had one.

Those pans came from smart and final. Just had to modify them a little and mount them.

Are you switching to vegetable oil so you can bake cookies as well?

You do realize one big problem with this design, now that this Rover can't mark its spot it might never find its way home again. WAIT, that might be a good thing.... I will order 4 sets NOW!

Nice places for the neighbourhood cats/squirrels/mice/voles/etc to camp out!
