Seat height

You have to modify the track. I did mine and gained a few more inches in leg room. Makes all the difference in the world. I'm 6'5". I also relocated the emergency brake to the other side of the console for a little more comfort. Got tired of my thigh being pressed up against it.

My 2003 TD5 ES has power up and down seats and steering wheel tilt. I run at full height on the seat but I'm only 5'7" tall and with the tilt steering wheel in the lowest postion so I can see all the dash instruments OK. Mind you I need a step to get into the truck
The RRS is the same so is the Pajero but I prefer the extra height when driving.
PS. the LR is designed around the average heights for males and females which I am led to believe is 5'8" or 5'9" so if you are 6'2" or over you are well above average height in their estimation.

FACT: McDos is the fastes expanding fast food chain in France in the world after the US but judging by what I witnessed in the UK they seem/appear to consume more McDos than anyone per capita.
