Default Shocks question

So, I'm running OME 751 springs in the front of my D2. This gives a little extra lift over the 779 typically used. I'm curious about the right shocks. The 60024 is the typical shock used (says for vehicles with up to 1.5" lift), but I see there is a 60024L available as well for longer travel. Anyone got any intel on the best option for my application?

Thanks as always!

Im just curious as well. Isnt it that the OME nitocharger fits well with that application? I got the 1.5 OME from AB for a while now and recently I replaced the nitorcharger with the newer version of the nitrocharger. Im not familiar with the numbers but I remember that if you will get a longer travel, you also have to upgrade to longer brake lines.

I ask that question before and the answer I got from Erik at L8 was that extended length shocks are for 3" and greater lifts. Two inch and less lift standard length shocks are the way to go.

Interesting. OK, well I am like a tweener, I guess.

OME 751s in front (dual batts and a discrete winch w/ synthetic line) and 781s in back (plus D1 perches) I'm probably about 2.5" above stock height. Already running extended SS brake lines, so no worries there. But I suppose I'll just go with the regular travel since my vehicle isn't getting lighter with time and I'm certainly not looking to make it any taller...

Thanks for the feedback!
