Default slider/step options

since getting married last month i have seen that i need to add a step to my rig for my wife to get in and out easier because the slide off the leather seats drives me nuts and she hates doing it knowing it bothers me. so she steps on the plastic sill to get in and out.

id like to add a set of sliders with round tree bars and need to know if there are options in companies i am missing. namely a set that are not $700-$800 bucks.

came across a set made in england and emailed the company 2 weeks ago and did not hear back at all. RED FLAG!

any recommendations and does anyone have a set of plans or prints to have a local shop make em for me? i have a metal fab shop that i do business with that can make em easily. and a shop i know well that will powder them.

thanks

Default Inexpensive sliders

Other than having your own made I found a set for $475.00 made by RockArmor on www.undergroundrovers.com . Something to consider if cost is an issue and you don't want to spend over $700.00 on a set.

Make your own for around $150 to $200 in parts.

i have the rockware ones. they are pretty strong, but they changed the design and no longer mount to the frame or wrap the sill.
