Ordered new front brake rotors and pads. What tools will I need to install them on my 2003 D2?

If you can't get the philips screw out, just drill the head off with a 3/8's bit. Once the rotor is off, try to remove the rest...if it doesn't come out...no biggy...it is basically just an alignment bolt to hold the rotor in place, while the vehicle goes down the assembly line until wheel goes on. Does nothing more than that, and isn't necessary or important for reassembly.

Second that. My buddy has a rusty rover and when we did his brakes, it took so much to get the screw out I just threw it as far as a I could when it finally came out, in pieces. Fast forward to last week when we did his dodge brakes. Pulled the tires off and the rotor is just hanging on the wheel studs. No biggie.

I did the ebc heavy duty rotors and pad on mine and they were a breeze. The back rotors still had the Phillips head screws in them but the front were missing. I replaced them all just BC I am OCD but I put anti sieze on them to help when it comes time again. It is a fairly simple job as long as you have a good metric hand tool and ratchet set. Nothing really TOO it but make sure when you pry the pads back or use a tool to compress the caliperto it's fully seated position, you open the cap on you master cylinder so it doesn't blow out. After I did the rear, I closed the cap and pumped the brakes up to lower the brake fluid level then reopened the cap and did the front. Don't want that stuff going everywhere or it will eat at paint like an acid etcher.

+1 for the impact driver. It helps with rusty and/or seized screws and bolts.
