Default steering Wheel Shake?

So i've recently started feeling a horrible shake while driving at highway speeds. It started out as just having a little play in the wheel but its gotten allot worse the more I drive.

have any of you experienced anything similar? If so how did you fix it?

Fyi. I just had the full power steering system replaced.

How many miles on the truck, is it still on it's original shocks, steering stabilizer and springs? Do you know how to check for warn bushings and more importantly tie rod ends.
By the way, why would you replace the entire steering system and exactly what does that mean as far as parts go?

Drive shaft won't cause the steering wheel to shake.

That was a symptom before failure on my WJ. Maybe Jeeps are different?

Ok let me try to catch up to all this. I haven't checked anything yet. Mostly because I have no idea what to look for.
I had the power steering system replaced because I had 0 power steering and the whole system was shot. It now turns Like a champ.
Currently 101,000 miles. Almost completely stock

I will try to get the balance checked soon.

And the prop shaft was recently replaced. It's still good.
