Default Stepper motor/ iac valve

For the last few months my stepper motor has been humming louder as the days go by. Even when the key is turned to the on position the motor hums loudly. The motor was cleaned recently and the idle seems fine, it's just loud. Is it time to replace or maybe there is another problem?

Sounds like it may be time for a new one.

Update:

Today I replaced the old motor with a new motor. The new motor still hums or vibrates. It's loud enough to hear inside the truck. Any ideas???

Did not clean it out today however it was done a few weeks ago when I noticed the noise. Also a few months back I did an induction cleaning twice. Funny thing is since I did the IC the truck hasn't run the same since.

So I have eliminated the iac as the problem all together. Now I am sure that the hum or vibration noise is actully coming from behind the steering wheel or dash board. What couldmake this noise back there???

Recurulation fan for the a/c located in the dash just to the left of the steering column is a possibility.
