Default sunroof leak, cruise control

Looking to tackle a few concerns.

1. Front sunroof leaks towards the front windshield. If drain tubes are clogged , how do I unclog them?

2. Cruise control not working, dash light comes on but nothing engages.

3. Oil leak, somewhere in the upper front part of the engine. Cannot tell from where at this point. Not enought to notice on the dipstick over 5 day span.

read Mike's description of the Seafoam treatment, may need an update though.

You may need to try blowing out the drain tube with low air pressure or drop the headliner to reattach the tube.
On the cruise control, you most likely have a vaccum leak, check all the hoses at the vaccum pimp as well as the one that goes thru the fire wall to a switch on the brake pedal arm.
Sounds like it is timew to power scrub your engine so you can find the leak.

May sound stupid, but need help identifying the vacuum pump.

Are the Rave instruction good enough for dropping the headliner and can I idetify the drain tubes in the channel of the sunroof?

I took my liner down today, and found the 2 drain tubes disconnected? (I had some leaking), they seem to be laying on the headliner. I tried to reconnect, but I wasn't able to make a connection (I tried both sides of the sun roof). Is the drain tube keyed a certain way? How does it actually connect?

It sucked (of course)....but it's easy.
-I would check and see if your drainage tubes are disconnected first. You could:

-take the thick finishing liner off, from around you sunroof
-Pull the head liner down (a little) and shine a flashlight in the forward corners of the sunroof and see if the tubes are connected.

Mine weren't and the end where it connects to the sunroof is flat, there is really nothing for the tube to connect to. It's almost like I'm gonna have to glue it? I have the diagram, It looks like there are suppose little drain holes that the tubes would slide over....but mine may have broken off?

So there is enought slack to just remove the sunroof trim and take a peak? Does that glue on our is it pressure that holds it to the headliner? Wherre did you find a diagram for the tubing?

Took a peak and felt around. The tubes are still connected. So, if there is leakage the reason is that the weep holes are clogged? Have read that they can be blown out. Any instruction on that or where locate the holes from the channel. Can the tube ends be found from under the Rover and blow them up and out?

Where do the rear sunroof drain tubes empty out? Will a little bit of compressed air blow the hoses off the connection on the sunroof? Ive allready had Land Rover replace the sunroof frame under warranty because it was warped but the damn roof still leaks! And best of all the truck is out of warranty now and the dealer will only cover the cost of the part replaced if indeed that is the problem again! Please help
