Default Trans Fluid Change ( what mileage)

Guys

I own a disco which is done 200000. i bought it when it had done 105000 and have had it since then so far so good all expensive replacements have been my stupidity
anyways my question is what mileage do i change the gear box oil
and what mileage do i change the Axel oil

With that many miles on it, every 20,000 would be great.
Change the filter and depending on how dirty the ATF is, you might drain and fill it 2 times.

Do the trans fluid every 30k and the trans filter every 60k.
Do the differentials and transfer case oils every 50k if you use full synthetic and every 30k if you dont.
