Bell housing Blanks?
First off i would like to thank everyone for their help so far. while under my Disco looking at other issues i noticed something on the bell housing where it mates to the engine. There are two approx. 1 1/2 inch holes, one on each side of the housing about half way up. They are not plugged with a blank or anything, are they supposed to be? Seems like alot of crud would get in there. I think they might be access to remove bolts. Thanks again, sorry for all the questions but i am new to Disco's.

I have been looking for these new rubber plugs as well. I called Atlantic British and the part guy I talked to knew what I was talking about, but he said they didn't carry them and I would have to order through the dealer. The problem is that I do not know that part number and the dealership parts guy is a dope and has no idea what im talking about. If you find the part # can you post it please.

Not to hijack the thread but when i was cleaning my truck from some off road use i noticed i was missing one of these. I know i went through water that would've sumerged this area is there any damage that could've been done? How do i check if there is water in there or does it drain somewhere?
