Default wet driver floor and driver side passenger floor

I've been getting wetness on that side of the car. Not sure if it is due to water from rain or what. The car did have a new windshield put in before I got it. Any other reason why a Disco II gets wet on the floor there?

Check the fire wall seals around the steering shaft or any missing seals or plugs. Open the bonnet and use a water hose around the windscreen and a light to check for leaks under the dash. Next check the drain on the drivers wing ,the side wing(fender) can fill with leaves, twiggs and plug the drains which will cause water to enter the cabin a the drivers kick-plate. Also check the door seals.

Clogged A/C drain hoses is another possibility

I am betting on clogged a/c drains.

Did you fix your horn yet?

I'll check the drains.

The horn issue was just a stuck switch on the wheel. I recall bumping it and making it sound earlier in the day then next day it was cocked in and on. Just pushed it and fixed. I think the temp drop in the night made the close contacts connect and that is the delay. I neglected to go back and update my post on this though. If you pull the horn fuse the cruise will not work but the light on the cruise switch will go on.
