Default Cooling Fans

Hi there! I have a 2002 Land Rover Freelander. I just purchased it... love it! Today... it has started boiling over thru resevoir... but temp hand is normal and cooling fans are not working. Does it have a auxillary fan and a primary fan? Oh yeah, mileage is 84,320. Any ideas?

Go find a good local Rover mechanic, not the dealer, and have him replace the bad sensor before you damage your engine.

Default Cooling Fans

Wizard what is your oil temp running? I actually have 2 primary fans and one secondary manual switch fan that i can turn on, but that doesnt seem to help much either.

I have heard a lot of hipe about the Freelander "cooling kit"... searched ebay... NOTHING.... can someone tell me where else to look to purchase one? Also, can anyone tell me where the the "water temp sensor" is located on engine for 2002 V6 Freelander? I have the Rave DVD but it still does not answer certain questions... can anyone tell me where to get a "Repair Manual?"
