engine thermostat replacement - Land Rover Forums

Hey everyone, I downloaded a service manual for what seems to be any 03 Rover, and just did a thermostat change on my Freelander. So if you need one replaced I would be more than happy to help out if I can, or if you like near Akron, Ohio I could do it for you and save you a few hundred! Hope all is well, and let me know!

Hello Sir, well done very useful your hints, and where do you have downloaded your
manual, i owned 2005 LRF and i got always engine light on it. (not flashing).

did you have trouble removing the intake plenum?? I followed the step by step from RAVE, but the plenum seems to be stuck....
suggestions??
